Michael Davies was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Denarius Metals in February 2021. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (Ontario) with over 25 years of extensive international and public company experience in financial management, strategic planning and external reporting in resource and other sectors, including management positions with GCM Mining Corp., PetroMagdalena Energy Corp., Coalcorp Mining Inc., Medoro Resources Inc., LAC Minerals Ltd. and Pamour/Giant Yellowknife Mines. Mr. Davies also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto.

Alessandro Cecchi was appointed Vice President, Exploration of Denarius Metals in October 2021. He is an exploration geologist with over 20 years of experience, with a focus on gold exploration and development. Additionally, Mr. Cecchi was formerly the Vice President, Exploration of GCM Mining Corp., Corporate Technical Manager at Medoro Resources and also held senior geologist positions at Hecla Mining, Dotly Financial and Gold Mines of Sardinia. Mr. Cecchi served as exploration geologist at Bolivar Goldfields. Mr. Cecchi has a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology and a Master of Science degree from University of Tierra in Pisa, Italy.

Mateo Restrepo Villegas joined the Board of Denarius Metals in January 2024 and was appointed President of Zancudo Metals, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Denarius Metals operating in Colombia, on August 1, 2024. Mr. Restrepo, is also the Managing Partner of Impact Capital, a Colombian-based strategic investment and advisory firm and has extensive experience in mining, infrastructure, banking and government relations. Mr. Restrepo, who previously served as President of Continental Gold Inc. from 2015 to 2018, holds a Masters in Public Administration from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Berkeley College.

Amanda Fullerton was appointed General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Denarius Metals in February 2021. Ms. Fullerton was formerly the General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at GCM Mining Corp. Ms. Fullerton has over 15 years of experience in the areas of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and corporate/commercial law focused primarily in the resource sector, gained through her previous positions at Macquarie Capital Markets Canada Ltd., Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP and Norton Rose Fulbright LLP. She holds an LL.B. from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Medical Science degree in Physiology from Western University.

Jesus Perez served as a member of the Board of Denarius Metals from April 2021 through June 2023, at which time he was joined management as Vice President, Corporate Affairs focused on the Company’s projects in Spain. Mr. Perez has over 36 years of experience in senior management positions at large public companies, including positions as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer or Chief Financial Officer of Spanish corporations such as BNPP Real Estate, Occidental Hotels, Metrovacesa, Grupo Ence, Grupo Planeta DeAgostini and Abengoa. Mr. Pérez has served as a member of the Board of Directors of companies in diverse sectors including Abengoa, Befesa, Telvent, Logista, Ibersilva, Gecina (a French REIT), the Socimi GMP, Occidental Hotels and Levantina de Mármoles.

Santiago Suarez was appointed Vice President, Corporate Development of Zancudo Metals in October 2022 and is a member of the local management team leading the Company’s Zancudo Project into operation. Mr. Suarez previously held positions as the Latam Operations Manager at Renergetica, a global renewable energy company listed on the Milano Stock Exchange, where he led the development of a 200 mw solar energy project in Colombia. He also currently serves as a renewable energy director at Qvartz Capital Partners, a private equity fund. Mr. Suarez graduated from University of la Sabana with a degree in International Business Administration.

Luisa Masso joined Denarius Metals in October 2022 as Vice President, Finance and manages the local finance functions of the Company in Spain and Colombia. Ms. Masso has over 15 years of experience in finance, primarily in the mining sector where she has held progressive roles in the Colombian management teams at GCM Mining and Caldas Gold. Ms. Masso’s education includes a finance engineer degree and a Master in Business Administration.

Sasha Villoza joined Denarius Metals in October 2022 in the capacity of Corporate ESG Manager. With over 20 years of experience in sustainability and working with communities in the resource sector, Ms. Villoza manages the implementation of the Company’s ESG strategy and initiatives across its projects in Spain and Colombia. Prior to joining Denarius Metals, she held positions at GCM Mining, Frontera Energy and Bolivar Gold. Ms. Villoza graduated from UNP, Venezuela with a Bachelor of Arts in International Trade.
