Toral Metals Iberia

Toral Metals Iberia, S.L (TMI) is a wholly-owned Spanish subsidiary of Denarius Metals and holds a 100% interest in the Toral Project in the Leon Province in northern Spain.

In November 2022, Denarius Metals had entered into a Definitive Agreement with Europa Metals, the previous owner of Toral Metals, pursuant to which Denarius Metals could acquire up to an 80% ownership interest in the Toral Project through an exploration earn-in program. In 2023, Denarius Metals completed a 6,200 m drill campaign, gaining confidence in the potential for the Toral Project to become a long-life underground mining operation. Completing the acquisition of 100% of the Toral Project in late 2024 improved the Company’s flexibility to manage the development schedule for its projects in Spain without having to meet the specific obligations mandated under the Definitive Option Agreement, which was terminated on closing of the Company’s acquisition of Toral Metals.
